In a recent press release, ACORE aka American Council on Renewable Energy welcomed its second cohort of Accelerate Members. Yours truly Sheryl E. Ponds, Founder/CEO of Dai Technologies Corporation and nine other small business leaders within the sustainability industry are members of Accelerate’s 2022 class.

Accelerate’s first in-person forum was hosted last week at Meta’s Gallery Place outpost. Cohorts I (2021) & II (2022) were present and accounted for. Later that evening ACORE shut down Union Station and toasted its 20th Anniversary Gala. On day two, Accelerate joined the organization’s stakeholders, thought leaders, and wonks attending the annual Policy Forum. The experience was intense. Both days were immersive. And for many the first face-to-face event attended since the pandemic reared its head.

My ACORE Forum days were filled with downloads on market intelligence and grasping the machinations of creating sound federal policy - all in the name of Renewable Energy and Environmental Sustainability. DaiTechCorp is now a part of a community that backs the Clean Energy movement with policy work, market intelligence, science AND dollars & cents. A beautiful foreshadowing of possibilities for a clean environment.
