Toyota’s EV Fleet

The Japanese automaker Toyota has recently announced their plan to release two new battery electric vehicles in the United States this year. putting a firm timeline to its EV plans. After several years of holding out on producing EV vehicles out of skepticism about demand for electric vehicles, Toyota aims to have 40% of its U.S. lineup composed of battery-electric vehicles, hydrogen-electric vehicles, hybrids, and plug-in hybrids by 2025.


Not only is this move is a major step towards Toyota’s goal of electrifying half of its range by 2025, but Toyota now also joins key competitors towards the endeavor of realizing a zero-emissions future by 2035!
