Delighting our Client!

Dai Technologies Corporation and a new owner of a Volkswagen iD4 faced a few challenges together.

Our residential client chronicled his family’s experience with DaiTechCorp. He spills the tea and I love it! It was not a 100% rosy time. His review reads like a short story. There was a bit of DRAMA. There were numerous setbacks with the automaker and two EV charger suppliers. The impact on the new electric automobile segment and the EV charger market has been significant. The global supply chain issues are really REAL.

The arborist is the HERO of the story. The roots of a heritage oak tree needed to be saved from the “evils” of trenching for conduit. The protagonists our client endured CONFLICTS - a delayed car delivery, EVCE production priorities that did not include the EV charging station my client ordered, and a vacation to Orlando.

In spite of the obstacles, this story’s CLIMAX was reached due to DaiTechCorp’s ability to press forward. We didn’t shrug our shoulders and let the Big Boys run the show! DaiTechCorp stayed on point with two EVCE manufacturers and kept all the stakeholders in the loop. We coordinated all project related activities, including a few Zoom calls.

Eventually, the charging station and the back-up charging stations arrived on my clients doorstep. After all of us recovered from project delays, henceforth, I needed everything to go perfect. I, Sheryl aka @DaiTechCEO made an executive decision to level-up. So, I called in DaiTechCorp’s team of TWO master electricians to finish the job. And finish the job they did!
